Nancy lives in Bay Of Plenty but grew up in Germany, The majority of her artwork is created solely with the pure and natural shades of NZ sand. To highlight certain details or colours not available in sand, she uses crushed glass and other mixed media. Her main subject is nature.

Raglan Shine has been created using 11 natural shades of NZ sand plus silver leaf and blue crushed glass. It is on stretched canvas, framed in a natural tray frame, and measures 105cm wide by 105cm high.
