Mandy is a Hawkes Bay artist, recognised nationally for her gorgeous figurines, many of whom have big hair, garish frocks and sassy attitude. Her attention to detail is amazing with quirky features found on each Tiny Tarts.

They measure approx 15cm height. Note, these are different (smaller) from the Little Lady series.
