Nancy lives in Bay Of Plenty but grew up in Germany, The majority of her artwork is created solely with the pure and natural shades of NZ sand. To highlight certain details or colours not available in sand, she uses crushed glass and other mixed media. Her main subject is nature.

Serenity has been created using 13 natural shades of NZ sand plus gold leaf. It is on board, and measures 75cm wide by 75cm high.
